Bulk updating of EscalationCase__c should be supported #6
Description
When delivering #5 I found it very difficult to handle the bulk update option and since it's not done really in practice I'm shuffling off the work for future @pcon to deal with.
Notes
A single transaction can contain
- A new case marked as primary
- A existing primary case being unmarked
The case Id being changed
