[create-crc-app] .gitignore and .travis.yml are not copied when creating an app #1782

Description

.gitignore and .travis.yml files are not created when bootstraping an app using create-crc-app

Reproducer:
1- run create-crc-app test
2- Select defaults
3- run cat .gitignore

Expected:
Should see the contents of the template/.gitignore

Actual result:
No such file or directory found.

The same happens with .travis.yml

It looks like these files are not event incluided in the deployed npm package:

This might be because the npmignore file has these ignored:
