[BIO] Toolkit: Reboot API broad implementation

Why:

• Today we allow the toolkit to directly talk to the S3 buckets
• This is not the most secure way of handling this communication, so we want to update this

What:

• We want to have the toolkit talk to the API instead of reaching the buckets directly

Impact:

• We will prevent ourselves from any security and data breaches
