[Feature] - Superuser should be able to create and copy invite link for discord server

Issue Description

We need functionality where if a super user logs in to the real dev squad dashboard, they should be able to create a discord invite link for the server with a proper reason and that link should be visible for copying.

Expected Behavior

Whenever the superuser logs in to the rds dashboard, they should be able to create a discord link with proper reason for other folks and should be able to copy the created link.

Current Behavior

Currently, we don't have any functionality where the superuser can create a discord link and copy it.
