Photo Verification UI

Issue Description

• This is going to be a sub-issue of Sync User Profile Image on Discord and RealDevSquad V1 [RFC] website-backend#1924, creating a basic UI for the SUPERUSER to interact and perform actions on the photo-verifications objects.

Expected Behavior

• The SUPERUSER should be able to view all of the photo-verification objects that have the status of PENDING on a dedicated page for photo-verification objects.
• The SUPERUSER should be able to approve the selected profile of the user profile or discord or both.
• The SUPERUSER should be able to refresh the discord image (refresh or recheck the latest discord image of the user).
• The SUPERUSER should be able to reject a photo-verification request by the user.
