tsconfig warnings on Typescript v6 in VSCode #7598

Option 'moduleResolution=node10' is deprecated and will stop functioning in TypeScript 7.0. Specify compilerOption '"ignoreDeprecations": "6.0"' to silence this error.

These warnings may appear in VSCode in projects using RxJS, since latest VSCode uses Typescript v6.
Expected behavior
I'd rather don't like to see "problems" on VSCode :)

I started trying to fix the messy tangle of multiple config files for the
tscbuild last year - step 1 is merging #7577 - but I paused the work because it became apparent there was nobody merging any PRs at all.
