16k page size

I'm trying to install the Pre-Release 16 KB Page Size Google APIs ARM 64 v8a System Image (system-images;android-35;google_apis_ps16k;arm64-v8a) image on github.

I suppose I need to set the target property to google_apis_ps16k, but it is complaining that:

Error: Value for input.target 'google_apis_ps16k' is unknown. Supported options: default,google_apis,aosp_atd,google_atd,google_apis_playstore,android-wear,android-wear-cn,android-tv,google-tv.

I suspect that the validation of input.target is a bit outdated, as the image install fine locally with the SDK manager
