feat(YouTube - SponsorBlock): Update categories #5715

Feature description
There are two outdated category names in Revanced's SponsorBlock implementation and one category has been added:
Filler Tangent/Jokes Filler was dropped and the category is now:
Tangents/Jokes (SB 5.11)
Preview/Recap/Hook was split into 2 categories:
Hook/Greetings (color #395699)
Preview/Recap (SB 5.14)
Motivation
To keep Revanced's SponsorBlock implementation up-to-date with SponsorBlock itself.
