Add isolate to browser package globals #71

I want to be able to use isolate in the browser, not just transmute. And in the future I'll need circle too so might as well set it up appropriately. This is going to require changing the rollup config to set the "package" name to window in order to offer multiple globals. Shouldn't be too bad.
