Update Vim with tags to jump easily between packages

## Expected Behavior

My monorepo is getting large enough that I absolutely NEED to be able to jump between files often and trace my way back. My code is easy to return to after years in terms of understanding, however it is not easy to understand what depends on what and where. So I need to bridge that gap.
