This repository have the script made during this internship. Color_Prot.py and script_deplacement_chimiques are the final scripts. For the latest one, a README is present in the folder.

Color_Prot.py

This script is use to color a amino acid sequence depending on their physical and chemical characteristics. It produce an HTML file which have the differents outputs.

Usage :

python3 Color_Prot.py input.fasta

add_color.py

add_color.py is a script use to color the sequence as Color_Prot.py but it is diplay directly on the terminal.

Usage :

python3 add_color.py input.fasta
