Screen reader output for full block fields

Description

The screen reader output for full block fields is currently unhelpful. The field roles are on an element that isn't selected or even a descendent of what is focused and so aren't of any use for the screen reader output.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to the screen reader test page
2. Navigate to any full block field
3. The screen reader will announce something generic rather than descriptive. See screenshot below.

I'm surprised at the behavior here. There's some assumption that these types of blocks should just read out their contents, but there may be inconsistencies to figure out yet.
