Setting bulk in and bulk out in the custom models #183
Description
In rascal 1 to use hydration in the layer definitions 0 sets hydration from the bulk in and 1 sets it from the bulk out.
In rascal 2 0 sets bulk out, 1 sets bulk in, 2 sets bulk out.
This is the opposite to what is described in the examples
