`requirements.txt` and `requirements-full.txt` don't exist

As indicated in the title, the files requirements.txt and requirements-full.txt don't exist.

This does not allow you to install PIP dependencies and continue building from source.

It has been moved to misc/requrements.in. If you want to do a local install in a virtualenv the following should satisfy any dependencies go through the installation afterwards using

pip install -r misc/requirements.in
./tools/ui2py.sh --force
./tools/qrc2py.sh --force
./tools/ts2qm.py
pip install

for packaging, instead use

  python setup.py bdist_wheel
  python -m installer dist/*.whl

after satisfying the dependencies manually through the package building machinery of your distribution.
