unable to launch games

Hey so i downloaded the newest version of the msi rare gui, and im having a problem with oppening a game. A message keeps popping up saying that the game might be open even though the game is closed. This has been happening for around 30 minutes now and the same message keeps appearing. Please help asap.

Also make sure that this settings are set to Default
