-Removed mod.josn and ModLoaderIntegration.cs since they are no longer needed
-Changes made to mod.cs for BepInEx compatibility

-Implemented new way to get seamoth GameObject as I couldn't get the old method to work
-Updated UI Update Postfix for changes to HandReticle.SetRawText()
-Added ToggleLights null check in UI Update Postfix to avoid issues with update running before ToggleLights has been initialized
