Resolve webview UI toolkit bundling and loading

Looks like webview UI toolkit added in #8 is not being properly bundled and loaded in this extension for the table view toolbar UI controls setup:

It does work in tabular data viewer debug (see reload, and goto last and first table row buttons in table view toolbar):

that change fixes it for now:
