Restyle the editor, settings, and dialogs

Question

Migrate the card editor and settings/integrations forms to themed hand-crafted widgets (spec inventory), and adopt huh/v2 fields (Confirm/Select/Note via the three-line sub-model adapter, themed through ThemeFunc from theme.New) for the ship-guard dialog, kill-reason prompt, and arm-to-confirm flows. Mouse targets must survive everywhere - huh only where the spec assigns it.

The binding spec is docs/design/tui-design-spec.md on branch design/tui-spec (resolution of #139). Read it before writing any code; deviations must be deliberate and recorded on the map.

Execution protocol: map #80 rules (claim by self-assignment, branch from origin/main, PR, squash-merge on green with acceptance checked, resolution comment, close, append one line to map #136). Coverage: 96.4% total / 95% per package / 90% floor for internal/tui. Color goldens pin tea.WithColorProfile; regenerate goldens touched by the restyle in the same PR.

The card editor, the settings and integrations pane and the four task action dialogs are on the theme and widget packages: widget.Overlay panels with Brand header bands, OverlaySurf bodies, OverlayBand footers and the section 4 drop shadow replace the editor's rounded border and the dialog's hand-drawn box frame; rows carry a semantic kind that picks the token. huh/v2 renders exactly what spec section 5.2 assigns it - Confirm for the ship guard's yes/no core, Select for the three-way ship guard and the kill choices, Note for the guard's warning block - themed through theme.Styles.HuhTheme(); the checklist rows, the purge and remove two-step and both forms stay kb widgets, because huh exposes no hit regions and the v1.0.1 keymap is frozen.

cardeditor/view.go left the seam allowlist, which is down to three entries. Goldens: TestEditorGolden and TestSettingsPaneGolden regenerated as ASCII structure goldens, with truecolor palette goldens beside them and a new pair for the task action modal.

Interaction is unchanged. Two mechanical changes kept it that way: pointer targets are now carried structurally instead of recovered by matching rendered text (which a themed line breaks, and which used to let a card title impersonate a control), and pointer.State.Render re-arms SGR 7 after every inner reset so pressed feedback survives a themed, composited frame.

Recorded deviations, in the PR body: huh fields render kb's state and never receive a message; Confirm's affirmative is the first choice so the buttons follow the frozen tab order; Styles.Huh regained huh's selector strings, note card and button padding; bracketed control labels stay; the dialog hint row moved into the footer band; the backdrop dim of section 4 step 1 waits for a themed board renderer (it landed in #148 after this slice branched); and pointer.go keeps its raw escape rather than taking a cross-slice *theme.Styles.

Verification: build, vet, go test -race ./internal/tui/... and the coverage gate all pass - total 96.7% (gate 96.4%), internal/tui 96.4% (floor 90%), theme and widget 100%.
