Feeds from kill-the-newsletter.com (which converts email newsletters -> RSS) do not display properly

I’m finding that every feed I create using https://kill-the-newsletter.com/ does not display properly/responsively in the mobile app - whereas it does display ok in other readers
For example, this feed: https://kill-the-newsletter.com/feeds/bebnqgt7qf9kfqwt.xml, shows up like this in NetNewsWire:

I was wondering if this ever got any traction from the developers?

It looks like this is not a NetNewsWire specific issue. In my opinion, NNW is doing its job of parsing the incoming feed. The problem imo lies with the newsletters not getting converted into a nice looking RSS feed that we love.

I use freshRSS for managing my feeds and use NNW as the client. I noticed that freshRSS was having a similar issue with these newsletter feeds from kill-the-newsletter. FreshRSS does offer the option of applying User CSS. I was able to apply a simple CSS like below, which strips out most of the unwanted formatting in FreshRSS

However, since this seems to be client specific, it has no impact on how NNW parses the feed. Maybe this is a somewhat of a starting solution for NNW in displaying some of these custom feeds?
