Error in deal_with_data_dm_invivo.R

Hi there,

I am trying to run your R script (deal_with_data_dm_invivo.R) and there is an error in the following line:
drug_treat1=drug_data(liver_1d_max,'./drug_matrix/drugs/')

Error in str_c(path, "/", drug[i], "/", cel[i], sep = "") :
could not find function "str_c"

In addition, when I install the 'stringr' package, I get the following error:

Error: the following are not valid files:
./drug_matrix/drugs//22_mg/kg/FLUPHENAZINE

I would like to know if I should put any specific path for the drug_treat1. If not, I would like to know how I should fix it.
