#css and #js are not App-aware #40
Description
css (https://github.com/Ramaze/ramaze/blob/master/lib/ramaze/helper/xhtml.rb#L38) and #js (https://github.com/Ramaze/ramaze/blob/master/lib/ramaze/helper/xhtml.rb#L99) in Ramaze::Helper::XHTML are not currently App-aware.
They probably should resolve assets paths checking AppMap first if set, and then Ramaze.options.root
