link from contents leads to wrong target #71

I am looking at http://cloud.github.com/downloads/perl6/book/2012.05.23.a4.pdf
On the contents page I click on "1.1. Audience", but I get to "1 Preface" (p. 1) instead of p.2 which actually has the section I wanted.
