new version of kallisto outputs have changed

unfortunately they seem to have removed various options and changed the output formats, to get to the transcripts/alignments file it seems like some more steps are needed. maybe additional code is needed here to get the output be compatible ? or else some detailed instructions. A lot of searching resulted in some complex prescriptions, at which point I gave up
