Ref hyprws at c8b021a205 is ready for human acceptance.

Origin: UAT walk on 2026-09-28 covering the project windows rework and every row of #1360, which this supersedes.
Surfaces: the packaged .775 AppImage on a headless output, plus dev web built from the same commit.
Data: an isolated T3CODE_HOME copy; live ~/.t3/userdata was never opened read-write.
No prompt or turn was sent; rows that need one stay unticked.

Result

5 findings, 6 observations. F4 blocks nightly self-update; the rest do not block the main path.

F1 to F3 carry over from #1360 and still reproduce at .775.

Observations

• O1: nightly yml lists an unattached .deb
• O2: StartupWMClass misses the app id
• O3: issues header contradicts its menu
• O4: update relaunch drops extra argv
• O5: client-only attach drop leaves no log line
• O6: New Window opens a project draft
