#8261 Introduced Free BSD builds via Cirrus CI.
While Azure and Travis have their badges on the main page, Cirrus was left abandoned.
This PR adds a badge.

As it is right now, there is no visual distinction from the Travis CI icon

Unfortunately, it is default badge, provided by cirrus

Hmm, maybe there's a nice way visually to distinguish these through markdown? It's unfortunate they don't provide parameters to specify what CI the icon belongs to
