This is an initial spec for standalone script developement for weekly CI run.
Without the presence of a dedicated runner machine, we plan to have a standalone script to run our workloads with local docker and upload the run results in aorta-report repo. This spec also add an intial design for a dashboard to have a comparison with previous day run for the same workload to detect any regression accross rocm/rccl/pytorch etc.
