Update Python installation documentation

The documentation at:

Is slightly out of date.

• Atom is being recommended as the recommended editor, but it has been EOL since 2022. Maybe switch to VS Code?

• Installation is suggested via setup.py install but support for .egg loading mechanisms has been dropped in PIP, causing error messages when updating packages with pip. Maybe switch to pip install dynamixel-sdk as default? That is available per Make Dynamixel SDK installable for Python using "pip" DynamixelSDK#93
