Testing

Testing is done manually following a test checklist. Download the test videos and check the following items.

• Package ViMag (info)

• Open ViMag

• Import multiple videos

  • Crane_01
  • Speaker_00
  • Truss_00

• Activate slice mode and approximately replicate these slices

  • Crane slice

  

  • Speaker Left
  • Speaker Label

  

  • Truss Top

  

• Try to change slices names and color

• Compute the slices

• Post-process the results and check for correctness

  • Crane slice (0.225 Hz)
  • Speaker Left (20 Hz)
  • Speaker Label (20 Hz)
  • Truss Top (~ 14.8 Hz)

  

• Check about dialog (Help menu)

• Save the project

• Make a new project

• Load the previously saved project

This checklist covers all the major features of ViMag and should always be used before commiting to master.
