Description

Please test the build on your system, we do not yet have automatic build tests on a PR request.

To build ensure your GCC instance has been seen by the Filer (if unsure, double click on your !GCC), that is all is needed as a requisite.

The double click on the ObeyTask file called MkGCC that you will find in WakeOnLAN.src

This PR should contain all the changes you have requested, as soon as it's reviewed, I'll merge it and will release a new RiscPkg updaate for !WakeOnLan.
