This server stays MCP + SCPI. When scpi-core grows an optional MHS adapter, consume it here. No rewrite of tool lists. Do not implement against the closed preview. Public OSS only (no commercial RF/lab services).

Acceptance criteria

• Blocked on scpi-core#7 (MHS OSS + adapter, no API break).
• Optional: this server can be discovered/driven via that adapter without dropping existing MCP tools.
• README one-liner once it exists.
