Web view does not respond after updating to v2.6.0 on Windows

After updating to vscode-R 2.6.0, either internal web view and external browser popup does not respond. for example, gt::gt(head(iris)) does not show any web views.

I have confirmed that downgrading to v2.5.3 resolves this issue, which means that this bug has been newly introduced in the latest vscode-R release.

If you "Toggle Developer Tools", do you see a lot of warnings or errors regarding vscode-R extension?

What's your settings regarding r.*? From the console log in the developer tools, the webview request has "viewer": false which means WebView viewer inside vscode is disabled. You might need to checkout your r.session.viewers.viewColumn setting.

@renkun-ken -- I have found the following option in .Rprofile is the cause of the issue.

options(vsc.viewer = FALSE)

FYI, this option works for vscode-R v2.5.3. I would like to keep using that option because I prefer to open html content in an external browser.

Now I could reproduce it with the following:

The html file should be open externally in a web browser. Let me take a closer look at this.
