Summary

bump default scripts to react-scripts 5 for React 18
align JS/TS templates with CRA5: App.jsx, ReactDOM.createRoot, reportWebVitals, modern deps
adjust setupTests for new jest-dom

Testing

npm test (fails: Missing script)
CI=true npm run build (sample theme)
