Feature: Require unlocking the device to change DNS server #82

Describe the feature you'd like
I think it would enhance the user's security if the app had an option to block the tile from working while the screen is locked.
That way the tile wouldn't do anything unless the screen is unlocked, the same way the wifi, mobile data or gps tiles can be setup.

Why is this feature important to you?
I already use a similar app to change DNS server settings with a custom quick settings tile. I was thinking of changing to this app because it has a better interface but this is the one thing this app doesn't do that the other does.
