Feature: WiFi scanning throttling QS tile

Describe the feature you'd like

I want to have it enabled but some apps, for example WiFi analyzer work better when it's disabled, and the only way to toggle it is digging into developer settings

Sorry for the late reply. I looked into this, but so far I haven't found a way to control Wi-Fi scanning throttling programmatically, as it doesn't seem to be exposed via a public API.
If someone else knows a workaround, or is aware of an open-source app that already implements something like this, I'd be happy to take a look at the code to understand how it could be achieved.
