Duplicate / Reused IDs in Results Table

Hi @Quitten,

First of all: great work on the latest version of Authorize!
The current release is running very smoothly and feels much more stable than before. I’m especially happy about the new features like multi-user support and it no longer crashes in my setup, which is fantastic. Really appreciate the improvements!

However, I noticed something odd in the Authorize results table.

The ID column appears to contain duplicate or reused IDs for different requests.
