Prepared the codebase for the 2.0.0 release. This includes:

  • Updating README.md to document the new modular structure (Audio, Video, Lottie packages) and updating the version to ^2.0.0.
  • Fixing pubspec.yaml SDK constraints from >=3.6.0/>=3.8.0 to >=3.2.0 to ensure compatibility with current stable Dart versions.
  • Ensuring resolution: workspace is present in packages/survey_kit_lottie.
  • Standardizing dev_dependencies versions across packages.
  • Adding the release date to CHANGELOG.md.

- Update GitHub Action `publish.yml` to use `bluefireteam/melos-action` and allow manual triggers via `workflow_dispatch`.
