[FEATURE] Expose Runtime Selection in the UI #753

📝 Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
I wish to tinker and test different mods as I would with a regular pojav install. This sometimes requires custom runtimes. I wish for the option to import and select runtimes to be exposed in the UI.
🛠️ Describe the solution you'd like
Add advanced settings menu or similar, as to not scare regular users off, whilst not limiting advanced onces in capabilities.
