Swap chunks in regions other than 0;0 not working

Describe the bug
Swap chunks only works in region 0;0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load a world
2. Go to a region different than 0;0
3. Select and swap two chunks
4. The correspondent chunks in 0;0, but not in the correct region get swapped

Expected behavior
Selected chunks should be swapped, not ones in region 0;0

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Java version: 17.01
• Version of MCA Selector: 2.1
