This addresses issue #32 by adding two commands:
Set Initial Source for Cell: Saves initial_source for the currently selected code cell.
Set Initial Source for All Cells: Saves initial_source for all code cells in the active notebook.
At the moment, they're just added to the command palette, which I believe is better than having a dedicated UI button for it because it's something we only expect the teachers to use.
