currently, the CI for binder is not working:
An error occured.
RuntimeError: npm dependencies failed to install

Removing intermediate container 248a586b9a59
The command '/bin/sh -c ./binder/postBuild' returned a non-zero code: 1
locally, inside a conda environment, the postBuild command works fine. maybe it is something related to the environment inside the docker container.
