Power On Does Not Succeed

Automatic power on of app does not happen and shows this error message.

If you manually go to the Docker Host resource and run the power on command given the vm_uuid and the resource name, it does correctly start the container.

So the issue appears to be with the connection between the host resource and app resource, not the power on code itself.
