This PR adds an example application, which takes an hdf5 file as input, performs an SQD calculation, and then returns the result as hdf5. It compiles but is so far an incomplete work in progress. This PR also contains some draft documentation about using the example app, including a modified version of the tutorial from qiskit-addon-sqd that is used to generate the hdf5 input file.
