Lean recipie fails due missing sql (qbx_manegement)

Reproduction

Try to install thru tx admin using lean recipe

Expected behavior

To recipe to finish installing correctly

Actual behavior

Lean recipe fails due missing sql (qbx_manegement), probably because it has been updated since, since I don't see a sql on it's github.

Its an error due to mysql, try mariadb instead and it should work
