Summary

Probably fixed the codespell thing, added few words to ignore list and fixed one typo. (I hope it works)

It triggered to ro locale, what did Romanian do to codespell...

I'm not sure if reverting version back to 2.1.0 is a good fix, but it at least works.
I just don't understand how it triggers to BU BaseUser, even if its in ignore list.
