Changed the API generator script to use 'vectorbt' as the path instead of '../vectorbt'. Refactored setup.py to wrap the setup() call in a main() function and added an entrypoint check.
Changed import in docs/templates/markdown.mako.
Updated regular expressions in ToMarkdown to better handle argument and return type sections in docstrings.
Set the working-directory to 'docs' for API generation, navigation update, and MkDocs build steps.
