Would be cool to display horizontal bars when showing a poll

Syntax is like this:

[20.08.2024, 22:02:04] Username: ‎POLL:
Ci sarei al…
‎OPTION: Venerdì 23 Sera (1 vote)
‎OPTION: Sabato 24 Sera (3 votes)
‎OPTION: Domenica 25 Pomeriggio (2 votes)

Also TODO: check if it's possible to have title or options with multilines, as that could complicate things
