Keep getting server time out error

Is the server just down for good? I keep getting a time out error when I try to transfer my playlist. I'm not very tech savvy, so I was trying to use the vercel link. I might be cooked. Might have to learn the hieroglyphic script that are those self-hosting instructions for my untrained mind

Hey, the server times out if the playlist takes longer than 15 minutes. This can't be circumvented as these limitations are due to the server running on a free tier.

I tried to make the self-hosting doc as easy to understand as I could 😅, you can try taking help from ChatGPT/Gemini to understand the procedure. If you're stuck on anything in particular, feel free to ask.

Unfortunately, you can't set up self hosting right now either. Spotify has disabled making apps on the developer dashboard for about 2 weeks now, so there's no way to get your Spotify credentials in order to get self hosting to work. I wonder if the vercel link isn't working for the same reason.

According to the help post I found on Spotify's official forums, they're pretty much not saying or explaining anything and there's no time frame to when the ability to create apps will come back. I have a suspicion it has to do with the massive scrape that happened last month, so who knows when they'll actually let people create apps again. :/

My logs show that playlists are still being created, maybe it's a regional issue. I'll have to do some more digging to confirm if that's the case.

But if the issue is in Spotify's control, then that's just unfortunate.
