Employee attrition real-life data analysis – A Natural language processing and supervised learning project
Description:

1. Collected, pre-processed dataset and built a machine learning model focusing on predicting the possibility of employee attrition in various product and serviced companies
2. Implemented a data analysis report using NLP on dataset employee reviews towards respective companies. Libraries used sklearn, nltk, textblob, etc.
3. Received accuracy of 96.5% using logistic regression and visualized insights on Tableau, uploaded on GitHub
4. Won “Best Project” award in Project Showcase intra-college competition 2022.
