Note that the persistent server is down (see #424) - that might have something to do with this issue.
When clicking New Session, and then Empty (though Directory yields the same results), inputting some name and then clicking "Create", I get back to the original session list with no new session. Trying to click New Session once again brings me back to session creation, but this time there's an error in red: "Service not initialized. Call InitializeAsync first." (see screenshot below).
Any error during session creation seems like it should be some popup or similar (i.e. I shouldn't need to click New Session again to see it). Otherwise obviously not being able to create a session is problematic :)
