Updates to algorand.enable() #473

Updates the way enable calls behave when the user is logged out of the wallet
Fixes some account checking issues
Unifies genesisId with genesisID, it was a remnant of v1 and was now being only used internally
Update several error codes and messages, as well as adding new errors to differentiate certain use cases
Updated documentation for the previous change
